Add a public folder shortcut to Favorites

This feature requires you to be using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account.

  1. In the Folder List, in the Navigation Pane, right-click the public folder for which you want to add a shortcut, and then click Add to Favorites on the shortcut menu.
  2. To change the name of the public folder that appears in your Favorites folder, type a new name in the Favorite folder name box.
  3. To add shortcuts to subfolders of this public folder, click Options, and then select the options you want.
  4. Click Add.
